How to resolve lights get darker on Restart scene

If Objects in scene become dark after calling  LoadScene or LoadLevel ,follow the steps below to resolve lights get darker on Restart scene :

• Go to menu and select Windows > Rendering > lighting 

• In Lighting windows ,Select Scene > Lighting Setting  , and enable Multiple important ,than click on Generate lighting .

now the problem is resolved .
