unity where are packages stored

To manage a Package there are two methods, either directly from the package manager within your project. or where unity where are packages stored. in your Pc.  to edit the  package directly from your game folder , go to :

1.  Library 
2. PackageCache
3. Search for the package from the list .
4. If you want to add a new package ,put the folder downloaded in " PackageCache"
5. Example for package name : " com.unity.2d.animation@6.0.7 "
